DartKrux Privacy Policy

Privacy is a core priority of DartKrux. We neither want nor need to know anything about your personal scoring data.

DartKrux is built to keep your information on your device. Players, games, scores, statistics, active games, and preferences are stored locally on your phone or tablet. We do not run a DartKrux server that receives, mirrors, or backs up this data.

What stays on your device

The following data is stored only on the device where you use DartKrux:

• Player profiles you create, including names, icons, colors, and other local display information;
• Game setup data, including game mode, players, teams, rules, and scoring options;
• Active and completed game history, including turns, throws, scores, winners, and statistics;
• App preferences, including language, scoring input mode, checkout suggestions, auto-confirm settings, onboarding status, and visual settings;
• Local notification scheduling information, if you allow DartKrux to remind you before a free trial ends.

We have no access to this local data. We do not collect it, sell it, share it, or use it to build a profile of you.

When data leaves your device

Data only leaves your device in the following cases:

• Premium subscriptions. If you start, manage, or restore a Premium subscription, the transaction is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. DartKrux receives only the subscription status needed to unlock Premium features on your device. We never receive your card number, bank details, or full payment information.
• Notifications. DartKrux may schedule local notifications on your device, such as a reminder before a free trial ends. These reminders are created by the app and do not require us to receive your scoring data.
• Contacting support. If you contact us by email, your message and email address are sent to us so we can read and respond to your request.
• Application Store diagnostics. Apple and Google may collect crash reports, install metrics, purchase records, device information, or other technical data according to their own policies. We do not control their data practices.

Other than these cases, no personal scoring data leaves your device.

Premium Subscriptions

DartKrux offers an optional Premium subscription. Billing is handled entirely by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). We never see your payment information. The app only uses the subscription status needed to unlock Premium features.

Apple’s and Google’s own privacy policies apply to the data they collect as part of these transactions:

Notifications

DartKrux may ask for notification permission so it can send app-related reminders, such as reminding you before a free trial ends. Notifications are optional. You can deny permission or turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

DartKrux does not use notifications for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

DartKrux does not include any third-party analytics SDK, advertising network, or fingerprinting tool. We do not build a profile of you. We do not show ads.

The App Store and Google Play may collect their own technical data according to their policies. We do not control those store-level data practices.

Children

DartKrux is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone, children included.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Because your DartKrux scoring data lives on your device, you are always in direct control:

• Access: open the app to see the players, games, scores, statistics, and settings stored on your device.
• Rectification: edit supported player information and settings directly in the app.
• Erasure: delete supported local content in the app where delete controls are available. Uninstalling DartKrux removes the app’s local data from your device, subject to your operating system backup and restore settings.
• Portability: where the app offers sharing or export features, you can use them to move supported data yourself.

Business Transfers

If DartKrux is acquired by or merged with another entity, this policy may be updated, and the data-handling practices described here may evolve. We will notify users of any material change before it takes effect.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of DartKrux after a change means you accept the updated policy.
